Our job is to monitor your Internet services and alert you if there's a fault in these services as soon as possible.

Your requirements change with time, and so do your website. Consequently, if the URL that you are checking via our website monitoring changes, you must modify it in our internetVista manager:
How do I avoid distorting my visit statistics (web analytics)?
As far as the exclusion of visits by our sensors in your statistics is concerned, this depends on the statistics system that you are using. If you use a system like Google Analytics, Xiti or Netstat, we will not be included in the statistics as our robots do not execute javascript codes present on your pages. On the other hand, if you use a log analysis system like that of Apache for example, then you must exclude our monitoring centers from your statistics. You can make this exclusion either on the basis of our user-agent or on the basis of our IP addresses.
What is the checking frequency for Internet monitoring?
Our monitoring service monitors your Internet services at a frequency varying from 1 minute to 60 minutes depending on your preferences. You choose the desired frequency depending on your requirements and especially depending on the critical nature of the service to be monitored.
How can I consult the information linked to an alert of my web monitoring?
An alert is triggered when our monitoring centres detect a fault or a malfunction in your application being monitored. You receive the alert only when this error is confirmed by at least one more monitoring centre, which makes it possible to avoid false alerts.
How can I define a matching sentence for optimising the web monitoring?
In the case of website monitoring, it is important to make sure that the content of the page being monitored corresponds to what you are expecting. For this, our monitoring centres check whether the content downloaded from your website contains a matching sentence that you have selected.
