How is billing done?
The website and Internet monitoring service is subscription-based. After a positive cost-free assessment of our monitoring solution, you can subscribe to the service; this subscription is automatically renewed until you close your account.
What is the periodicity of the monitoring subscriptions?
You can choose from the following monitoring subscriptions: monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or annual. If you opt for annual billing, you will get the 13th month of monitoring free.
What are the setup costs?
If you subscribe to website or Internet monitoring services, there are no setup costs. You can opt for a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or annual subscription and your website monitoring begins immediately.
How much do internetVista services cost?
The price of our monitoring solution is determined on the basis of your requirements: "you only pay for what you need".
How can I change my VAT number?
If you have not yet included a VAT number, you can include it directly via the manager:
How do I renew my account?
In principle, your internetVista monitoring subscription is renewed automatically on its expiry date. If you pay by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American-Express), our system requests you for an authorization to auto-debit your subscription amount in the future. You are free to deny this authorization; in this case, your subscription will not be renewed automatically.

How do I modify the periodicity of my subscription?
You can choose a monthly, quarterly, half-yearly or annual subscription. It is for you to choose the periodicity. If you opt for an annual subscription, you are entitled to a free thirteenth month.
How to send the invoice to my accountant?
In your user data configuration, you can define the name and email address of your accountant. Then, a copy of all the "financial" communications will be sent to him; this includes your monitoring subscription invoices, sms purchase invoices for sms alerts, payment reminder mails or website monitoring subscription renewal mails.
Where can I find the bills?
If a bill is issued for your subscription, it is sent to you directly by email.

How do I end my subscription?
The Customer can terminate his monitoring subscription at any time by closing his account via the manager or via a written notification to InternetVista® by ordinary mail or email. The agreement will end only at the end of the current period, the customer will not receive any refund between the notification by the customer and the agreement end date.
