I have not received my monitoring performance report, what do I do?

The performance reports are sent by email. If you do not receive your emails containing the performance reports, here's a list of things to check so as to identify the source of the problem:

  • Check the email address defined in the media in internetVista, check for possible typing errors.
  • Make sure that our email does not go to your spam or junk mail folder.
  • In your email media configuration, make sure that you accept reports.
  • If the problem persists, contact our support team.
