I am not receiving my emails?

The proper receipt of emails is crucial for the monitoring activity that we offer you. In fact, whether it is alerts or reports, these emails are very important.

Here is a list of things to check so as to identify the cause of the problem:

  1. Check the email address in internetVista, make sure that there are no typing errors.
  2. Make sure that our email does not go to your spam or junk mail folder.
  3. If it involves an alert email, make sure that an alert was generated and that your email media is linked to your application.
  4. If it involves a report email, check in your email media configuration that you accept reports.
  5. If the problem persists, contact our support team.
