How can I test the configuration of the alerts?
In order to make sure that the configuration of your alert media is working properly and that you receive your alerts, we recommend you to:
- check the media that will be alerted (action "Check media" in the media list)
- check the link between your media and your applications
- create a fault in your application to make sure that the alert reaches you. For example, by providing a monitoring URL which is not valid.
